Riverbluff Retreivers

Riverbluff Retrievers is a small hobby kennel located in Radford, Virginia near Virginia Tech. We also frequently travel to the Frederick, Maryland area. My husband and I raise Labrador Retrievers, Golden Doodles, and Labradoodles for hunting, personal pets, and service dogs. We have been able to see first hand the wonderful attributes of Labrador Retreivers and Retriever crosses. We are both veterinarians and place much emphasis on the health and tempermant of our dogs and their puppies. We screen for hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, congenital heart and eye problems. Socialization for our puppies begins from birth. Puppies with sound, calm temperments is our main goal. We like our Retrievers to be as comfortable in the family home as they are out in the field.
